Greetings People of the Interwebs! My name is Leah Craft. I'm 25. I am hellaciously underpaid. I have elegant tastes and a shoestring budget. Oh and did I mention...I'm getting MARRIED! Yes, I know, so is everyone. But this is a milestone in my life that I never planned on reaching. When other little girls were planning their dream weddings in ethereal ballgowns crusted in rhinestones and swathed in lace, I was planning my Broadway debut. Thats right, I grew up as an overly emotional theatre kid with a strange affinity for the Muppets. Not exactly bridal material if you know what I mean. And yet here I am in the first stages of planning for a wedding...So here is where I am going to put that Theatrical Design degree to work. Over the course of the next year and a half I am going to personally design everything that goes into my wedding and then show you how to do the same! And did I mention you can make most of my projects for half the cost of store bought items (and they turn out WAY cuter). From the stationary to the flowers to the bridesmaids gifts, it's going to be total DIY city. I'm out to prove that an elegant wedding can be had on an elopement budget! I can't wait to get the projects rolling!
